Sea-view hotel rooms in Ulcinj
The hotel stands on the flat Štoj plain behind Velika Plaža, so the sea view here is the open Adriatic over the dunes and beach bars rather than a cliff-top panorama. Rooms marked “sea view” face south-west towards the water and get the sunset; rooms on the other side look at the pool and the Rumija mountains. Every balcony has a table and two chairs.

Can I see the sea from the room?
From sea-view rooms, yes — the open Adriatic beyond the dunes and the beach bars, about 150 m away. Ground-floor rooms see less; the upper floors have the clearest view. If the view matters to you, write it in the booking comment and we will assign the best available room.
Which rooms have a sea view?
The sea-view double rooms with balcony and some of the family rooms; room names on this site say “sea view” when they face the water. Pool-view rooms are a little cheaper and quieter in the evening.
Is a sea-view room worth it in Ulcinj?
For a summer holiday most couples say yes — sunset from the balcony is the highlight of the day. If you spend little time in the room, a pool-view room saves €10–20 per night for the same beach and meals.
