Ulcinj is served by two Montenegrin airports — Podgorica (TGD, about 85 km) and Tivat (TIV, about 95 km) — both roughly 90 minutes by car from Hotel La Rosa Negra. Tirana airport (TIA) in Albania is a third option at around 2 hours via the Muriqan border.

Is there a bus from the airport?
No direct bus. Take a taxi or bus to Podgorica or Bar bus station and a coach to Ulcinj (hourly in summer), then a taxi to the hotel.
Which airport is better?
Podgorica usually has more flights and lower fares; Tivat is more scenic. Driving time to the hotel is almost the same.
