How we earn your trust

The Booking.com score and review count are read automatically from our public Booking.com page every morning and shown unedited. The Google rating is copied from Google Maps by hand and the date is shown. If a number here differs from the source, the source is right — tell us.

Reviews shown here are imported from Booking.com and Google with the critical part included. We never pay for reviews, never remove a negative one and we answer in the guest's language. Sub-scores (cleanliness, staff, location…) are Booking.com's own.

• No hidden fees — the price you see includes VAT; only the legal city tax is paid at the hotel
• No retouched photos — room photos are our own; guest photos are shown as uploaded
• No invented awards or "luxury" claims — this is a simple 3-star hotel and we say so
